Carton Flow Storage System is designed for high volume order picing with reduced operator activity.  The cartons are loaded on one side of the pallet rack system and are picked out of the other end giving a FIFO (first-in first-out) product flow.  In use with pallet rack this is a good way to incorporate case picking with product that generally picks by the layer from full pallets stored and can be designed to compliment the orderfilling traffic flow.
