The flare channel allows the wire deck to fit almost every style of pallet rack including structural, selective, and box style beams. Made with 3 channels that flare out creating a platform for the deck to rest upon the beam with wire mesh that waterfalls over the beam to hold the wire deck in place.
Applications: Box Beams, Structural C-channel or step beams.

Simple steps when ordering pallet rack wire mesh decks.
A. Choose your channel style: U Channel or Flare Channel
B. Measure your pallet rack cross beam length. Correct measurement is taken from inside of upright to inside of upright.
C. Measure your upright front to back.
D. Measure your top of beam.
E. Measure the depth of your beam step.
F. Figure out the maximum capacity needed per pallet position.
G. Find the manufacturer of your pallet rack.
H. Find all part numbers for your rack system if available.
I. Figure out how many wire decks you need.
