It has been 10+ years since you began your journey with AK Material Handling, what has been the biggest change at AK since that time?
The team organization of outside sales with inside sales and our internet presence has been the largest contributor to making our organization an exciting, professional material handling provider.

How has the material handling industry changed in that time?
I believe the internet has been a huge change in how companies purchase equipment and look to material handling providers as a valuable resource. This down economy has forced companies to be smarter and offer more services to their customers.

What has been the most memorable material handling moment during your time here at AK?
I have a lot of very good clients, it is the relationships that I have continued to build with them that is the most important thing, significant factor in my sales success.

What is your vision for the future in the industry?
Material handling companies have to pay very close attention to our client’s needs and the services they are demanding. We have to be very professional and quick to respond to our clients.
