The first video spotlights a project completed by Jerry Fredrickson. He was able to help a large mid-western company maximize space by designing a pallet storage system for both high density and selectivity. It started with a warehouse design that would increase its current warehouse space by 33%. The client approved the new design and the project began. Our professional installation team worked efficiently and everything went smooth allowing for operations to run as normal while our crews were tearing down and installing the new warehouse rack system. The new drive-in and pushback pallet storage system allowed for 7,500+ pallets to be stored in the main warehouse. The bottom two levels of the rack system were Drive-In Pallet Racking with the top-level push back for the best of both worlds. All said and done this warehouse is now able to store 12,500 pallets of their product that includes the new rack system and the relocation of the previous storage system.
The second video featured in this playlist is a project completed by Brian Koski. Brian was involved in this project from the Space Planning stages which allowed the customer access to detailed drawings, calculations, and different options during their planning process. In the end, the customer decided on a new warehouse facility that allowed them to store over 9000 pallets on standard selective racking. Some highlights of this project include over-dock storage solutions, quick turnaround on the pallet rack, a smooth professional installation, and a satisfied customer.
The below video is a project spotlight from another one of Brian Koski’s warehouse move’s including a warehouse design. This project features an electrical safety and industrial supply distributor located in Minnesota that was referred to Brian for Warehouse Space Planning. Brian used a couple of different warehouse layouts and design options to help this client ensure that this current location would provide adequate storage for their current inventory levels and also allow room for growth. Under time move schedules Brian was able to utilize our large manufacturer network to provide the right products on time for the client.
