The pallet racking purchased from AK Material Handling replaced the original racks that no longer were up to the task of storing the number of guitars in inventory. Using the old racks meant having two layers of guitars on the top rack, and the space was inefficient. The pallet racking from AK increased the available area and allowed me to have single layers of guitars on each tier.
I am extremely pleased with the result. I chose AK because of the excellent service and prompt response time from the AK team. Even though my order was small by their standards, they were totally responsive and answered every question quickly. They also helped me choose the correct size by offering some alternatives that I was not aware of but that made sense to choose. The pricing was excellent.
