Welcome back to another episode of “Sandy’s Warehouse Safety Blog Series”. Today, Senior Design Specialist Jerry Fredrickson shares with us the value his client found with an AKMHS Loss Prevention Pallet Rack Systems. 

Recently a client of ours had an existing rack system that they needed to secure. They were looking to secure pallets of high-valued wire. These pallets needed to be locked up due to their high value and also to assist in inventory control. So we designed a custom pallet rack lock up that would provide them with a secure storage area and also allow them to maintain storing products on pallets with easy access. As you can see in the pictures below, our pallet rack security lock-up fencing is clean, durable, and professional.

Our Loss Prevention Pallet Rack Systems are designed to secure new and existing pallet rack. These systems surround the pallet racking and protect your employees and clients from dangerous spills. The all steel and open mesh design will not deter sprinkler systems and also allows for quick visual inspections.

Specs:
Panels 8-gauge galvanized welded wire grid with 1-1/2” x 3” openings. Side panels mount inside pallet frame assembly and do not interfere with horizontal pallet beams.
Door Industrial grade bi-parting sliding doors feature padlock hasp. Sliding door projects approx- 5” from face of rack; other widths available.
Offset Posts Panels mount with a 4” offset from face of pallet.
Finish Galvanized. Installation Pre-punched components mount
directly to pallet rack for easy assembly.
